How much does your service cost?
Our month to month subscription costs $29.95 per month. You may cancel your subscription at
any time.
The current month is almost
over. If I sign up now, will I be charged a full $29.95 for the
current month?
We bill on the 1st of every month for the coming month. Even though you will be charged $29.95 immediately for the account setup, the second payment will be prorated- discounted based upon the portion of the first month you were not yet a member. For example, if you sign up on March 10th, you will see a charge for $29.95 appear on your credit card statement dated March 10th. That payment covers your account setup and your subsciption from March 10th to April 1st. On April 1st, you will be billed roughly $20, two-thirds of the standard rate because you were only a member for two-thirds of March. Subsequent payments will return to the standard $29.95 price, billed on the first of the month. The timingWORKS.com signal-data emails will start the day after you sign up, and continue for as long as you are a subscriber.
How do I discontinue the
service?
If at anytime you wish to cancel, simply
email us at support@timingworks.com.
Do you provide any market
commentary or have a discussion group?
No. We believe that most commentary and/or predictions about the future are mostly a waste of time. We let the market's behavior dictate our actions.
Why do you send an email
every day instead of only when there is a signal change?
By sending an email every day we are keeping the communication lines with our customers open and tested on a continuous basis. Also, since our signals could be generated on any given day, it is good to get in the habit of checking our update on a daily basis. Occasionally we may send a mid-day update. We will try and warn you if we think we may send a mid-day update the next day but there may also be times when a mid-day update occures without warning.
After you issue a signal, should I enter on the open or the close?
The timingWORKS.com Model is primarily based on Next Day Trading. That means that if we issue a signal on one day, the Model assumes entering the trade on the close of the next trading day. When we send a min-day signal it is to be executed as soon as possible and hopefully before the close of trading the day it is issued. This is primarily because most of our customers trade mutual funds and there is no other choice. The close of the next day is the next closest opportunity to enter the trade. Our Model will always assume this approach and we do not officially recognize any other method of entering and exiting trades.
What exactly does your Model use to generate signals?
Our Model is a proprietary formula.
Do you recommend stocks to trade with your Model? No. However, some of our customers may use our service to help them in the timing of their stock picks.
